By registering as a Vendor and listing products or services on the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Vendor Obligations
a. Product/Service Listings: You are responsible for creating accurate and complete product or service listings, including but not limited to descriptions, prices, images, and availability. Any changes or updates to your listings must be promptly communicated to Save Wise Club.
b. Inventory Management: You will maintain accurate inventory levels for the products or services you offer on the Platform and ensure that listings accurately reflect the availability of items.
c. Order Fulfillment: You will fulfill orders promptly and meet the shipping or service delivery commitments specified in your listings. In the event of delays or issues, you will communicate with customers and Save Wise Club to resolve them.
d. Customer Support: You will provide responsive and courteous customer support to address customer inquiries, concerns, returns, and refunds in accordance with the policies of Save Wise Club.
e. Compliance with Laws: You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale and delivery of your products or services, including tax collection and remittance.
f. Quality Standards: You agree to maintain the quality and safety standards of your products or services and ensure they meet any regulatory requirements.
3. Fees and Compensation
- Save Wise Club may charge fees or commissions for using the Platform and facilitating transactions. Details regarding these fees and commissions will be provided separately.
- You acknowledge and agree to pay the fees and commissions for administration and the fees due to our online secure payment gateway “Payfast” and should the fee charged by Payfast increase, you acknowledge and agree to pay any increased fees for all online transactions.
4. Intellectual Property
a. By listing products or services on the Platform, you grant Save Wise Club a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your listings and associated content.
5. Liability
a. Save Wise Club is not liable for any disputes, claims, or losses arising from transactions conducted on the Platform or the quality of products or services offered by Vendors.
6. Governing Law
a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
7. Amendment
a. Save Wise Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued participation on the Platform will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Termination
